Jimmy began his law enforcement career with the Fulton County Police in 1991 and later transitioned to help establish the Johns Creek Police Department (JCPD) in 2008. After retiring from active duty in 2018, he continued to serve as a reserve officer with JCPD. Throughout his career, Jimmy has worked extensively with HOA subdivisions, country clubs, and home building companies. In 1997, he began providing security services for the St. Ives Country Club in Johns Creek, GA, which he continues to this day. Additionally, he provided security for the Medlock Bridge subdivision in Johns Creek, GA from 1998 to 2009 and worked with various home building companies to secure their construction sites from 1992 to 2008.

Jimmy founded Crown Command in 2007 at the request of a business owner seeking security solutions due to incidents of loitering and suspicious activity. As the business expanded, Crown Command's services grew to include executive protection for the CEO and their family, which they continue to provide.

Tony worked for ASICS from 2008 to 2018, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to a Sports Marketing Manager role, where he managed and negotiated athlete contracts. He then transitioned to a career in emergency medical services, becoming a certified EMT and working with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia in 2020, Tony joined the Forsyth County Sheriff's Department in 2021, working in the jail before being hired by the Johns Creek Police Department. He served with JCPD for approximately three years and, in 2025, became a reserve officer for the Cumming Police Department.

Tony has extensive experience in security details, including private residences, voting polls, businesses, churches, and events. He founded Foot Pursuit Security to provide specialized security services. In 2025, Foot Pursuit Security was responsible for providing 24/7 security for a multi-million dollar property owned by JP Morgan.

Jimmy and Tony met while working at JCPD and quickly recognized their shared ability to provide high-quality security services and consulting. By combining their expertise and services, Crown Command now encompasses two services: Crown Protection and Foot Pursuit Security.
